Pit type annealing furnace is one of the most economical and long serving furnaces. It is also called Pit Pot Annealing furnace. These furnaces have multiple utility and are useful for variety of industries like the Wire Industries, Strips/ Foil Industries, Forging Industries, Casting Industries, Chemical Industries, Fasteners and Bearing Industries too.

In a Bogie Hearth furnace anything and everything can be heat treated. This is a rectangular type of furnace with very high versatility. It can be made for 500kgs/charge to about 100T/charge capacity. Right from small machined components to massive fabricated structures can be Stress relieved or Heat treated in the Bogie Hearth furnace.

Bell type annealing furnaces are High production, high Investment kind of a setup. Mostly these kinds of furnaces are used in annealing of Strips in coil form, wire rod in coil form, forging components loaded in baskets.

In the Chamber type of furnace the material to be heated or Heat treated are invariably small. Also in this furnace material can be heat treated by stacking arrangement in which the loading and unloading will be done with the help of shop floor Forklift.

The process wherein the material to be heat treated is expected to be scale free and bright, the Vacuum annealing furnace is best suited. It is basically used in non-ferrous industries and other critical annealing process where a bright surface is required.

Fine wires of Non ferrous and Ferrous are annealed in the continuous strand annealing furnace. There are number of pipes along the length of the furnace and the wires pass through the pipes. It is a continuous type of furnace.

These two furnaces can be individually made as Hardening furnace for only hardening process which includes quenching media and Tempering furnace both in continuous and batch type of operation. For Low Carbon strips and strips used to manufacture Blades, Saw and other application

In the Continuous type of furnace a wide variety of material can be annealed like small casting components, Coin blanks before Minting, Chemical powder melting, Normalizing of Ring Gears etc. This can be done by providing Rollers mounted in Rails
