Fine wires of Non ferrous and Ferrous are annealed in the continuous strand annealing furnace. There are number of pipes along the length of the furnace and the wires pass through the pipes. It is a continuous type of furnace. The atmosphere inside the pipe is controlled by introduction of inert gas and Hydrogen mixture. The material available after the process is finished material. It comes along with a cooling chamber or quenching tank at the discharge of the furnace.
